Booking Policy
At Haus of Honey we want to make sure every client has a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment they book. Please read our booking policy carefully before securing your appointment.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No Shows
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and full payment will be required before a new appointment can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
Health & Eligibility
All clients must be a blank canvas — no previous permanent makeup or brow tattoos. Clients who are pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners or Accutane are not eligible for services. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to booking.
